Marcos Anastassiou (MA and Associates)

Senior education management with significant experience in facilities and capital works projects and management for some 30 years, having oversighted and project managed the numerous facilities development at both Victoria University and RMIT.  Marcos has extensive experience in assessment of market demand, researching new innovative approaches to enhance VET support for emerging manufacturing technology.  Marcos has also managed the purchase of major plant and equipment. 

Lorant Stary (Align Learning)

Director of Align Learning, Lorant has extensive experience in managing national and international projects with a specific emphasis on effective and efficient assessment practice, VET teacher and trainer development and curriculum (training package) and learning materials development.  Lorant has also managed business units in VET and community RTOs in Victoria.

Gregor Tytherleigh CPA

Gregor is a   commercially focused financial professional with over 20 years’ experience working in high pressure, competitive and challenging work environments. This has included 16 years with SingtelOptus with roles in Capital Planning, International Carrier Operations, and Corporate Sales. The roles have ranged from commercial analyst to finance manager with the focus being on performance evaluation, business planning, business development and commercial modeling.

Gregor has recently worked in several small to medium firms and ICT providers in commercial evaluation and financial management positions across a range of business sectors.

Gregor’s success has been driven by commercial analysis and acumen in teasing out key financial drivers to provide financially focused business models, analysis, and advice. This has been achieved by gaining a quick grasp of the issues, developing rapport with stakeholders, and using excel, and power point to support business cases and evaluations.

Tania Tytherleigh

Tania Tytherleigh has been working in teaching and learning for more than 20 years, and for the past nine years in the corporate learning, higher and vocational education arenas.  She is a Master Corporate Trainer, Personal Effectiveness Specialist and Executive Coach.

Tania works with private sector and key Australian government organisations to design and deliver transformational professional development programs focusing on people development, leadership and talent management and personal effectiveness.

Tania has established the Master Trainers Institute Australia as a Centre of Excellence for the community of Training Professionals, and is a regular presenter at national and international conferences including the CPA Congress and LearnX Australia.

Tania has qualifications in Education, Management, Business and Coaching, and is certified as a practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Dr Larry Foster

Dr Larry Foster, PhD, MA, MA (Applied Linguistics), BA (Hons), Dip TEO. Dip Ed, Grad Dip Management Development, Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

As result of his recent management and leadership roles at William Angliss Institute and Australian Council for Educational research (ACER), Larry built an extensive knowledge and experience related to Quality Systems in Australian vocational education and training (VET) and Higher Education sectors.

Larry has an extensive knowledge of the Australian Quality Training Framework overseeing the rollout and support of the AQTF Quality Indicators to over 5000 RTOs nation-wide. He has considerable experience in both the development of teaching programs and the design of curriculum and training packages tailored to the professional development needs of staff as well as for stakeholder clients.

He is highly regarded within the VET and higher education sector, and in the education sector overall, for knowledge base and his considerable experience in senior management, training and project direction, This is particularly evident in the fields of

· quality management and quality systems

· compliance with national standards (ASQA and TEQSA)

· language teaching and teacher training,

· general education management and

· project management.

· learning resource development and review

He also has extensive experience in a range of management roles including human resource management, performance planning and appraisal, managing budgets and strategic planning
